What Taufa does

You ask in plain language and Taufa answers. It is built for the things people use AI for every day, and it can work with the files and data you already have.

• Chat and writing. Answers, explanations, drafts of messages, emails, essays and letters you can copy or open and edit, and rewriting in your own style.
• Research with sources. Web lookups and longer research runs that show where each fact came from.
• Files in, files out. Attach a PDF (scanned pages included), a Word file, a spreadsheet, a presentation or a picture and ask about it. Ask for a Word document, Excel sheet, PDF or slide deck and get one back to download.
• Data and calculations. Taufa can run Python on your attached data, right in your browser, to count, total, clean, chart and convert it, instead of guessing numbers.
• Images and diagrams. Generate pictures, and draw flowcharts, timelines and charts.
• Shopping help. Compare products with current prices and links to where to buy.

The points programme

Every useful conversation earns Taufa Points automatically, with no extra tasks. Points can be redeemed for rewards such as gift cards, travel experiences and subscriptions, with a growing catalogue from brands in the USA, India and Singapore. Paid plans earn points faster. Rewards and availability vary by market, and the terms are in our Terms of Use.

How we think about your data

• You can turn off memory, delete what Taufa remembers, and start a temporary chat that is deleted a day after its last message.
• Paid plans show no ads. The Free plan is supported by ads and is limited in how much it can be used.
• AI can be wrong. Taufa tells you when it is unsure, and it is not a substitute for professional advice.
